Complaint Review: COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SERVICES

Brought a car and a warranty from a company in Graniteville SC, had the warranty for 3 months had a coolant leak on the car within the warranty time. Took the car to a qualified repair facility in order for the claim to be opened they checked the car over and stated that the leak was coming from a gasket that was blown when the car ran hot. But when the adjuster finally came out and was at the shop for over 4 hours they stated that the leak came from loose bolts. Which was not true the repair shop stated that was a lie..I do not understand why this insurance company is still able to sell warranties that they do not stand behind and looking for reasons not to repair coverd parts.
