Complaint Review: Carson Marketing dba SFI et al

Person(s) Unknown subscribed my original email address using name that is not mine. I tracked down the origin of prank in Panama City, FL.

Another Internet Telemarketer that got my info was affiliated with SFI & Carson Marketing. I tracked down this Telemarketer and attempted to contact to remove me from their list. I detailed the problem and the fact that I was investigating it, that no one had my permission to subscribe or use my email address. I also advised that I was going to pursue litigation against any and all who abused my email, including SFI and Carson if it was proven that they were a part of the problem.

No response was received from SFI or Carson, but immediately after I started receiving tons of SPAM from hundreds of sources using this Hotmail email address.

This was the address that I told Carson to respond to me to. Other than that I have only five (5) subscribed newletters coming to that account and all five have privacy policies that do not share subscribers. Therefore, Carson & SFI can be the ONLY source of the SPAM. Litigation is imminent.
