Cartville Roofers came and put a half roof on my house on 2/13/16. It rained on 2/14/16. My house started leaking. Only now it leaks worse then ever. It was leaking in one room before the roof was replaced now it rains in several rooms and in the hallway. I called Mr Cartville and my calls were unanswered until 2/17/16. Mr Cartville came by and bargain to explain why it was still leaking. He then told me he would make The necessary repairs on the following Saturday 2/20/16. He informed me that the shingles didn't stick because his guys didn't use enough roofing cement. He then asked me to go and buy two cans of roofing cement. Mean while he took the trailer he had sitting in my yard with the old roofing material on it. He has not returned or returned any of my calls. His answering service is not on. Today is 2/22/16 and it's raining again and my house is being destroyed inside. Please help me with this matter. I live on a minimal income. I used my credit card to buy the material. And I paid for the labor with cash. I now have to find another way of getting my roof repaired. Thank You
