Cartridge World, Rockville Md provided me with a cartridge that leaked all over my printer took over a week to fix it and then had to hire computer technician to get printer working. Would never recommend this company to anybody. Money that I saved was more than offset by being without a Printer for one week and then having to hire computer technician to fix Cartridge Worlds mess.

I had previously filed a review for Cartridge World. They have completely remedied the problem to my complete satisfaction. I am not totally compuer literate for removing reports, therefore, I am using this method to say that Crtridge World, Rockville, Md is an excellent family business and I would recommend them to anybody who would like to save money on their Cartridges to use their services. A vast array of services in addition to Cartridges, courteous, professional staff.
