Caruso Florists fails to deliver what they promise Washington Dist of Columbia
The flowers Caruso delivered to my wife for Valentines Day were nothing like the upgraded premium flowers I paid top dollar for - not even close. A total rip off. And they have been totally non responsive to my requests for an explanation.
