Carvana, LLC Intentionally misleads customer with car listings and customer service is lousy...STAY AWAY! Indianapolis IN

Purchased vehicle from Carvana on 4/22/19. Car advertisement was listed as having 16,125 miles, UConnect bluetooth, car mats , tool kit, no damages. Vehicle was also to be delivered to my address on 4/26/19. Not any of these things were true...mileage was 160 miles higher, no UConnect, no car mats, no tool kits, boddy damage and delay in delivery.

Tried to negotiate a fair agreemebt to resolve these issues but Carvana undercut everything and failed to satisy this customer even after admitting fault. Customer service was unprofessional and the sales teams are crooked. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Do not fall for the vending machine sales gimmick!

You Wanted a Good And Decent Car, Right?

#3Consumer Comment

Since this was your goal, a good and decent car, what WISDOM did YOU apply to find a car which met that criterion? You send off your money based on a car you've NEVER seen, NEVER checked for body damage, NEVER checked for all accessories to be there and operational, NEVER checked engine or transmission operation!

The "wisdom" YOU applied was to look at pictures and listened to a voice on a phone! In other words, YOU decided to buy a USED CAR you knew absolutely nothing about. Now you come here to gain sympathy because of YOUR incredible lack of COMMON SENSE. What is wrong with you people???

Don't bother writing back extolling the virtues of "trust". Anybody with half a brain trusts only people whom they have experience with. Don't bother writing back something stupid like "you must work for them" because I don't. If you just can't stand it when somebody points out your very obvious lack of applying COMMON SENSE, then don't be posting on a public site!

Carvana is working to resolve issues

Update 5/7/19:

After much communication and frustration, Carvana is working to the resolve these issues in my recent purchase and for that I am very grateful. Per a recent rebuttal (which was obviously by a used car salesperson), these issues are things that cannot be accounted for through on-line purchases but with Carvana's 7-day return policy and communication, issues that arise can get resolved.

Even with these headaches, the Carvana online purchase process still beats the high pressure and sketchy sales practices that most car salespersons do and because of this I would still go the online route everytime.
