We were looking for a Jeep for our daughter at Casa Jeep on the Westside of Albuquerque. Through her Father she was eligilbe for a family discount on this vehicle.
She was told that she could not qualify even though she has perfect credit (710) and the required trade lines. She was given a bunch of sales crap, and my wife and I went in with her to find out the real deal.
Upon arriving, we were coldly greeted by the Sales manager. He basically told us by his actions he didn't want our business. We went to his office and questioned the friends program.

Because family recieves the car for 1% below invoice, minus an additional 200, we wanted to see the invoice he was quoting from. He made a sarcastic remark about "how they forge invoices" and "how they hide everything" and then told us to take our business elsewhere. A complete fake, liar, and cheat. He wouldn't or p[robably just couldn't be honest, and did not like being called on it. Bottom Line

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE THIEFS

Why Did You Stay???

#2Consumer Suggestion

Mon, March 01, 2004

In your posting you said you were treated poorly from the very begining. As such, why did you stay? NO customer of any business or potential customer needs to be a door mat. Yet so-o-o many people (and you'll see their postings here) will just stand there and take it and then they claim "the salesman kept me there", "they forced me...". You have the best weapons in the fight against the STENCH in the car business...YOUR FEET. Use them.

Now onto this invoice stuff. The above/below invoice is nothing more than a scheme to con suckers and the car crazy out of their money. Do
you really think a deal so many dollars below invoice is a good deal? Do you really believe that a price allegedly under invoice means the dealer is loosing money on the deal? Trust me, the "below invoice" game is designed to trap the uninformed into thinking they are getting something for nothing! Oh by the way, ever go into a Walmart or Mc Donalds? Next time, ask them to see the invoice for the goods purchased!
