Casa la parrot needs to be shut down!! my husband and i purchased a severe macaw named willow who was 15 years old at the time.due to some unfortunate events we had to sell willow. The woman named dawn at casa la parrot said that she would take her and make her ,her own personal bird and would never sell her to anyone.we would go into casa and visit willow.today i found out that we were not visiting willow ,but someone elses severe macaw that is always borded there!!!

willoow was sold the first week of me giving her dawn.I met the new owner by pure luck when i was there today.she was told willow was only 4 years old and dawn didnt know her past owners!!! the owner roy did willows beak work after her new owner purchased her and he was so rough with her she had a stroke!! luckily she has recovered. These people are liars and con-artists and need to be shut down!!!

I can see that problem here is not Casa La Parrot's fault. Here are a few of your statements: "we were not visiting willow ,but someone elses severe macaw that is always borded there!!! " "dawn didnt know her past owners!!! " "he was so rough with her she had a stroke!! ". To start off, the word is boarded, not borded, Dawn and Willow are proper nouns and should be capitalized, and it's didn't not didnt. Your first mistake is the fact that you couldn't recognize that the bird was not the one you used to own, so you blamed your bad perception on the store.

Secondly, Dawn had no requirement of knowing Willow's past owners. Did you think of the fact the someone else might have been the one who learnt the bird's history? As for the grooming, it's not possible for a bird to have a stroke from a beak trimming. Beaks are made of the same material of fingernails and toenails. It's like saying that you had a stroke from cutting your nails. If you plan to leave more mistaken reviews, please correct your spelling and grammar first.
