Casandra "Cassie" Carlson - Staples - Lousy Customer Service - Yuba City California
I walked in to Staples in Yuba City wanting a document printed. I spoke to Cassie. She was doing nothing at the time except talking to 3 young women as if they were friends.
She refused and told me i would have to wait at least an hour or use the self serve computer at a much higher price.
It took her approximately 5 minutes to explain to me how the self serve computer worked. She could have printed my document herself in less time. She was very rude.
