Casas Bonitas Development LLC Alex Ross Abandoned Remodel Project after taking 60% deposit + tile costs and did not return money Tucson, Arizona
Casas Bonitas Development, LLC (Alex Ross, father & Mike Ross, son) was quick and attentive until after I signed a remodel contract and put 60% down plus the cost of tile. Afterwhich, the project kept getting delayed until they stopped returning my calls or emails completely. Finally, 3mo after signing the contract and paying them money, I got a letter in the mail stating that they were going out of business and they were not going to return my money. Now, I have to go through the Registrar of Contractors to see if I can recoup any of my money. I am still waiting to hear what can be done.
