Complaint Review: Cascade Skidoo - Yamaha

Company has vindictive employees in service department. They do bad work and then when you come back they deny any wrongdoing and then verbally attack you. Kick you out and say don't come back. All because you just went back with a concern over poor workmanship.

Do you want to buy from them or have service done when they may damage your equipment and then not take responsibility? I know I don't. We don't need business's like this in our town.

Don't do business there and maybe they will leave.
