Case & Associates Properties, The Villas At Stonebridge Apartments rude shady unethical questionable deceitful invasive unfair phoney mercenary abrasive nefarious indiscreet Edmond Oklahoma
I have been living on a new Case & Associates property in Edmond, OK for 5 months. It is called The Villas at Stonebridge. For nearly that entire time, I have had to tolerate constant disruptive noise from upstairs neighbors.
One week ago, these neighbors came downstairs and pounded on the outside walls of my apartment with their fists, then walked away laughing. When I reported this activity to the leasing office, they told me they could not take my word for it and that security would have to witness it. Security lives 30 minutes away, off property. It is not possible for him to "witness" disruptions. Four days after I called in this complaint, I received a 30 Day Notice To Vacate. The only reason I have been given by Case is that I have "complained on my neighbors" and they think "it's best that I leave." They are forcing me to move out for complaining about noise.
I have never heard of such a thing! I am disabled, on disability assistance, and moving is very difficult. I find this decision appalling, questionable, and unfair.
