Case Vision Optical Edward Kawa Buyer Beware Did not honor agreement after I performed my services as promised Beachwood Ohio
Through my business I made an agreement with the owner of Case Vision, Edward Kawa, for one pair of glasses for me and one for my teenage son. I received my glasses and later when I went back with my son this woman, not the owner, told me she would not honor our agreement. This is after I performed my part of the agreement. Very embarrassing to me in front of my son. Her name was Sandy and she was nasty to both of us. A month later my $750 glasses broke through no fault of my own. When I went there Sandy told me there was no more warranty on them. I had them about 9 months .In my opinion you should not go to Case Vision on Warrensville Center Road, Ohio.

YES HE CAME FOR GLASSES AND WANTED TO BARTER WITH HIS COMPANY AND WE OK'D AND HE GOT THE BELLS AND WHISTLES ON HIS ORDER AND INTURN WE WERE TO BE ABLE TO GET BASICALLY A COMPANY THAT WOULD TAKE HIS BARTER MONEY WHICH WAS NONE HE DID NOT PAY ANYTHING FOR THIS ALL HE PAID WAS TAX 60.00
AND THEN CAME BACK IN WITH HIS SON TO SCREW US MORE WE SAID NO AND HE DID THIS FAKE REPORT END OF STORY WE LOST MONEY PERIOD
