Casemachine / Julian & Cam Forbes Poor Customer Service Will Not Give Refund eventhough case was returned early July 2013 Sunny Isle Beach Florida

 I purchased the Slim Line Pro in April 2013 with a ship date of May 27th. Cost $82.00. My card was charged immediatly. After several follow up's with little to no response, i received the case on or about June 29th. Not only was the fit and quality very poor, they sent the wrong color. I immediatly sent an email stating the problem and said I was not satisfied with the case and would return it. I did recieve a response apologizing and was offered another case of lesser cost from Julian with no mention of a refunded balance. I never received the replacement case and did return mine on July 2nd signed and verified by FedEx.  Todate I have not received a refund althouth occasionally recive an email from Julian stating they are very busy with refunds and I would be brought to the top of the pile. There has been no communication lately and I think someone should look into this company for fraud.
