Ben Anderson residence address slight correction

The address in the search warrant for Ben Anderson is actually just 315 Westbourne St., La Jolla, CA 92037, without the "Unit A." Sorry for any confusion.

Updated information, April 8, 2008, relating to the results of the search warrant executed at Benjamin Anderson's residence at 315 Westbourne Street, Unit A, La Jolla, CA 92037 and of his red Ford Mustang Saleen, CA tag no. 6BUV942. The following two documents are now public and no longer under seal. Since "CEO Ben" and his "executive director" Meir Waknine never seem to answer their "live support" number at (714) 717-0587, maybe other arrangements could be made to communicate with them face-to-face.

Some of the postings apparently made by or on behalf of Anderson, Waknine and "AproposAuctions, LLC" on RipOffReport.com and other consumer protection websites since the execution of the search warrant have stated that much of what has been posted about the search warrant is just "nonsense." Read the two documents and judge for yourself.

If you have some "nonsense" that you think the federal and state authorities may be interested in learning, perhaps you may want to call Assistant U.S. Attorney ("AUSA") Mitch Dembin at (619) 557-5558 regarding Case No. 08MJ0672 about the Ben Anderson "Apropos Auctions, LLC", etc., activities on Ebay. Do a Google search for AUSA Mitch Dembin and you'll see he's a very experienced computer crimes AUSA. You may also want to call Postal Inspector J. Liam Gimon at (619) 531-8245. Help both of these very accomplished gentlemen do their jobs.

Call the authorities, not an answering machine

#9Consumer Suggestion

Mon, April 07, 2008

You will be better served by going to the authorities (see below) rather than sending an e-mail to a gmail address or calling a phone number that will go to an answering machine for a limited liability company that does not exist.

"AproposAuctions, LLC" is a non-existent "limited liability company." According to the records of the California Secretary of State, no such limited liability company is properly registered with California and according to the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Growth, the limited liability company "Apropos Auctions, LLC" has not filed its annual reports, is not in good standing, and lists as its registered office 1025 Kronner Road, Columbus, MI 48063, which is actually a house owned by, and for sale by, Ben Anderson's mother. Just do a Google search for "1025 Kronner" and you'll find the listing.

You will be better served by calling and e-mailing the Postal Inspector Agent who is handling the investigation of Ben Anderson, J. Liam Gimon, (619) 531-8245, jlgimon@uspis.gov. Give him the entire story that happened to you. Others have posted information here on RipOffReport as to where else you may want to file a complaint, such as with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, www.ic3.gov.

What other company that you do business with never reveals its real identity, never reveals its real location, has no web site and hides behind gmail addresses and phone numbers that always go to voice mail?????

So be forewarned. Don't do business with suspected or linked names.

If they have a record of sales make sure they are not penny items.

Or if they sell a few $5 items (probably to their own friends) then try to sell a $200 of $300 item be ware.
