Complaint Review: Casey M Stermer Photography

Casey M Stermer posted an ad on craigslist.org. It was under Services, Event, in the Allentown PA Section. We contacted Casey via email and she went on to give us her phone number. We made arrangements and paid Casey $350 to take photographs at my wedding on August 4,2007.

The next day she brought her laptop over to show us the shots she had taken. My mother in law ordered $80 worth of prints, My mother ordered $150 worth of prints and I ordered $180 worth of prints. Today is March 4, 2008 and we have not received any prints.

I contacted Casey numerous times and she kept telling me that the printer was taking long because it was the wedding season. Months went by and I contacted Casey again, she claimed she had mailed the prints to us. A few days later she contacted me and said that the prints had been damaged in the mail. She then sent me a picture CD as a token of the prints taking such a long time.

The last communication I had with Casey was regarding obtaining a refund. She informed me that she had mailed out a refund check, but as you can guess it never arrived. She no longer answers my emails. I just want other consumers to be aware and hopefully Casey won't rip off any other inocent people, and make them go through such emotional stress especially when it conserns such an important time in a person's life.

I still have all her emails saved to my computer and she even game me a hard time when I was questioning the amount of time it was taking to receive the prints. This has been a horrible experience for me, please don't let it be for you!!!!!!!
