Complaint Review: Casey Rains

Casey Rains is a well known drunk and drug addict in Iowa City. He recently got arrested, again, for possession. He can oftern be found in the ped mall dressed like a homeless guy. He always smells like he needs a shower and he loves to run his mouth when he is drunk, which is always. You can tell it is him by his stupid ear loops and his bleak future. He hangs out with a cult of dirtbags and skanks at Deadwood in Iowa City. This place is a legendary shithole in Iowa City. The place is full of hairy lesbians, alcoholic losers and narcs setting up dealers. They need to close this place so Casey leaves town with his few friends. If youe ver see this guy avoid him like the plague. He is a cook in Iowa City too so make sure if you are looking him up you never offer this guy a job. Biggest mistake you will ever make.
