My husband received a phone call today from a man named "Ronnie". Ronnie told my husband that he was being sued for not paying back a loan. Ronnie said that we were given a loan which was deposited into our account and that if we didn't pay it back that we were going to be taken to court/ sued. The number came up as a number from New York. Ronnie said that the loan was from CASH ADVANCE AMERICA. My husband did enter some information when we thought about applying for a loan awhile back, but he never finished the application. He started getting phone calls from companies offering to lend us money, but my husband told them to cancel the application because he was not interested.
