Complaint Review: Cash Advance Inc

I have been contacted several times by middle eastern men asking me if I need a loan.  I have always hung up as I have a bank for that purpose.  Today I received an email from MIKE THOMAS, attorney, stating that I had not paid a $740 loan and that they had tried to contact me several times and I had not responded.  I have never taken out a payday loan.  They stated that they would send notification to my employer ( which obviously they've not researched because I am the owner).  They stated that if I went to court I would pay $6300.  If I didn't respond within 24 hours they would have the Sheriff arrive on my doorstep with a summons for court.  They are obviously too stupid to research and figure out that in Texas you cannot be garnished or criminally tried for unsecured debt. I called the number, 321-420-7990, a recording with a middle eastern man was on there.  I found this web site, thankfully, I will be contacting the FTC, FBI, and local authorities on Monday.  I would think a scam of this proportion would be a very serious federal felony.  I truly hope they catch these jacka__es and maybe they will get to do some real time behaind bars as they seem to want to intimidate all of us with.
