I received a threatening email from the Justice Department informing me there is a warrant for my arrest due to an unpaid cash loan from Cash Advance, Inc. I have never taken any payday loans from anywhere, let alone Cash Advance, Inc. The email never stated the supposed loan amount nor when it was received. The attorney is a real attorney, but from Bend, Indiana and the Justice Department isn't going to contact me via email, let alone through a hotmail account. After doing more research, I discovered others had received similar emails full of grammatical errors and misspellings as well as using the exact same case number.
