Cash Advance Told me I would be put in jail for not paying a cash advance Virginia Nationwide
So here I am, once again, trying to make people stop calling me about some cash advance for $$$, very small amount, which I never borrowed. I have repeatedly told these many different callers to stop calling. I've told them they are scammers and if there is an actual debt it has nothing to do with me, I havn't borrowed any money, but they won't stop calling and not from just one number but several. Needless to say, got a call today saying I would be served to appear in court in Virginia, I live in Washington, to answer to this debt. Go ahead and serve me, I won't be appearing. This is a total scam, people from Texas, Florida, and now Virginia have called saying they want me to pay them and they will pay the debtor. Just send a money order or better yet, give us your credit card number and we can handle it right over the phone. The $200 they say you owe, well all you have to pay today is $125. I've blocked every incomming call from them being able to call me and they just call from another number. Think I'll just throw my phone away and use someone elses.
