Hello all, I just received a call today from a young man that told me I was being sued for a cash advance that I had took out and wanted to know if the numbers **** was the last four of my social. He told me to call this number 707-508-4204 and if the line was busy to call back, if no one answered to call back. So I called the number back right away and asked to speak to Alex Watson ( the name given to me in the first call) and they informed me he was not available, but this young man would be able to help me and his name was or is Micheal Clark or Carter.
This man then proceeds to tell me that I was being sued for a loan that was taking out , but could not tell me how much the loan was or when the loan was taking out. He wold me that I would get a letter stating that I was being sued for the monies that was loaned to me. He never gave me a amount, account number or when and where the loan was taking.
So he became very rude when I told him that I never took out a loan and that I was not paying anything that I have any knowledge of an I hope he does his best to get the money cause I was not giving up a dime and hung up. I later called after reading these post and the number is busy or does not work, so yes this is a scam and I personally will like to have something done with these, less than human beings.

The number has a total of 0 complaints filed against it.

Both these numbers are being spoofed. They are using VOIP and spoofing different numbers (they use them from all over the U.S.). These people are located in India or somewhere else outside the U.S. They are using account information that they obtained from the real Cash Advance when they hacked their data base. When you get calls just hang up or laugh at them and say bad things about their wives, mothers, or sisters or just insult them. They will stop when they know you are on to them. Another option is to say "Fine, I will wait for the police to come arrest me" and hang up.

I too am getting the same types of calls from someone named "Alex". Unfortunately they have all my personal info and have threatened to send the authorities to my home if I do not pay the bill. A loan that I am not aware of.
I get at least 4 calls every other day, but say he can't disclose the loan amount or the creditor. The foreign accent is so strong, I can barely understand what he is saying. The call today, he says he is with Affidavit Cancellation Services in Calif. The calls come from 415-287-3367.
