I received an email from Harrison Law Firm Mr. James W. Byroads, Jr. stating that they have filed a lawsuit against me for a payday advance from Cash Advance USA which I have not done. The email said they are reporting me the the 3 credit bureaus. I could settle for $494 and the lawsuit would be dropped. I have received threatening phone calls as well from and Indian man stating that I would be arrested at my home or place of employment.
