Right now my wife is totally be threated by an unknown company named Cash Advance USA. The same people that others have written about on this web-site using American names like Shawn Taylor and the next day (same guy) John Smith are calling my wife at her work stating she owes money. At first, the amount was $500 and now it has been dropped to $350. My wife has never taken out a cash payday loan... ever. We have gone over our bank statements and discussed this issue with our bank. There has never been a deposit of any amount from these people.

We are currently having to put a freeze on our credit, change our bank account and possibly change my wife ss#. Along with all this security work we are doing on our own, my wife's employer is blocking all the phone numbers we have written down from these scammers on our cell phones and the caller id numbers from her work. What has happened to our world... our country?

These people are mean, rude, and telling my wife she is going to be arrested because she won't pay what she borrowed. Another thing is that it is clear that these people are not from the United States. What the heck is going on? How did they get all our personal information and who the heck do they think they are? I told them that this is a scam and " Fred Connors" told me that I am the scammer. What? I told this dude that I wanted to see the paper work and he replied that I had to pay $700 for him to bring me all the information and it was none of my business where they are located, the name of their company, or any other information. I told these people that I know the debt collecting laws and they are to stop calling my wife at her place of employment.

Watch out for this scam! I hate to think about those weak poeple that have fallen for this horrible scam.

Known Identity Thief on the Loose

You are right. We got a identity thief on the loose. Cell phone are very, very difficult to track, even if I have that same case that I got on 7/6/2011. That's why I am starting to get into legal stuff so I could formally requesting the court to issue a arrest warrant on this unknown user and bring'em to where I am at now so this unknown user could spend a long time in prison.

I can't wait to get the legal stuff started so I could formally charge him with a felony crimes. Under New York State Penal Law, if a identity theft occur and scamming claiming to be a law firm, it is a punishable offense and a felony attached to it, he could spend 40 to 80 years in prison for that.

With national attention, we can win this case, even if we file a class-action lawsuit, we could bring down the scammer and place him in a great little cell room in there.

Don't fall for those scam or identity theft. Be strong and do pursue legal action against them, we will eventually find him and bring him to justice.

Scam is everywhere, but 1 in 80 people are being identity theft victim worldwide. Be caution on what you open up with in e-mail, even at place of employment, be very careful not to fall for it.

These scammers are from Pakistan.India, they call with a telephone link so it looks like they're an American Company, but they're NOT.

As they are NOT american, that means they can't be prosecuted, And you can't either, Tell them you put a DEATH HEX on them (Stupid, but they believe it) and they'll have to pay YOU $1,000 to cancel it.

Be firm, they're scammers so PUSH it, " How about that thousamd" each time they call, THAT should get them to Vanish
