Complaint Review: Cash Call

Hi,My name is Darla and a year ago I needed fast money to pay off some bills I was behind on.I called cash call and they were willing to give me a loan.They didnt tell me every that they should of.At one time I was hurting again because My car needed fixing car registration was due.I was going to be short and a few weeks late on cash call because I had some other things to pay.My PG&E was going to get shut off and I have 2 kids thats more important to me then paying cash call on time. I called them up to tell them Im going to be late that I have other money problems that I was sorry.They didnt care.They said if I dont pay them on time I will have a fee and they will take me to small claims court.I was so stressed out I didnt know what to do.They would call my job 10 times a day using different names and asking to speak to my manager.They told one of my co workers if I didnt get on the phone they are going to come after me and sue.I had to change my phone # because they would not stop calling me.One lady made me cry she was so rude to me when I told her I was going to get help from a credit counsler.She laughed and said they dont do a third party.Then I asked them if they can settle a price with me they said No.They are charging me 96% inerest thats crazy by the time I pay them off I will be paying them $9,000 for a $2600 loan.They wont settle for nothing.They are my biggest mistake.
