Cash Call, Collection practice-rude and threatening, even though I want to pay. Anaheim California
I received a loan from Cash Call, Inc. and it wasn't until after I received the loan and the money was deposited into my bank account I saw what the interest rate was. The rate of interest was not discussed in the first contact. Had it been I would have had second thoughts.
Now I'm just trying to pay back the loan even though I am one month behind ($200.00+ per month)the one gentleman who was one of the loan consultants boss was as rude of a person I have ever spoken with.
Is there a way I seek help in this matter? I did make a payment that kept me from being 2 months behind, however when certain things happen in ones family/personal life -they should understand that.
