My wife and I have been contacted on two separate occasions about a fraudulent account opened with CashCentral's payday loan service.  We have informed them that we do not own/have access to the account they claim is ours or the email address they state is on file.  CashCentral indicates that we must file a police report in order to dispute this claim, but they will provide no information to begin the process. 

The collection agent pressured my wife and even requested that she log in to the account to verify the information and even provided the log-in name.  It was an obvious trap - we requested an IP trace of the last 3 login attempts to determine if they have attempted all methods of contacting the perpetrator.  They could provide no such information.  CashCentral is using deceptive practices to attempt to collect money from us for an account they fraudulently opened.  The representative used aggressive and "bully-type" tactics with my wife to attempt to resolve their error.
