Complaint Review: Cash Change UK - Lucky Strike Lottery UK

I am a Senior Examiner working for the Insolvency Service in London, UK. I am dealing with the case of Cash Change UK Ltd, which was placed in provisional liquidation by the Court on 3 March 2005 after the presentation of a petition by the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry to wind up Cash Change UK ltd in the public interest. The case is number 1375 of 2005 in the Companies Court in the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice in London, UK.

Cash Change UK Ltd held itself forward as acting as agent for "Lucky Strike Lottery UK". Spam emails were sent out claiming that the recipients had won GBP 6.5million and asking for "administration fees" to release these supposed winnings. The lottery did not exist.

It has not yet been possible to trace any of the individuals involved in the scam or to find out any further details. In order to assist me in my enquiries, I would be pleased to hear from anyone who has had dealings with this scam, but in particular anyone who has lost any money.
