Complaint Review: Cash Converters

Cash Converters Won't return my money they are giving me the run around and i have product protection. Newport News Virginia

First off i purchased a used nintendo wii. For everything it was 170.00 we cannot use the wii because the controllers wont sync to the system, this is unfortunate. However i bought brand new controllers in the box for 25.00 from cash converters they dont work also. On the system i purchased product protection plan that was all i was explained that i could get. When i went back to explain they told me it was nonthing me or no-one can do because it has been more than 24hrs. I bought it for my brother birthday 3 days before and yes it was after there 1-day return plan when i took it back. But no-one explained that i needed the protection plan on the controllers or i would have purchased it. I bought 6 games 5 dvds 2 controllers a system fan and a mulity controller charger. The charger doesn't work along with the controllers so now we cant play anything. Now thats bull and i want a refund on everything now because the lack of customer service and i can spend my money elsewhere. The sales associate told me all she can do is email to a headquarter and they will tell her what to do and leave my phone number nonthing has happend im stuck with the system and no one will answer there phone or has called me. Very, very unprofessional i need some help with this im on my own it seems like.
