Complaint Review: Cash for Laptops

I went on line to see aobut getting cash for my used phone and this company was the highest ($197.00).  I emailed them and they sent me a box (which took forever).

I emailed them that day that I sent the phone to them and they should receive it soon.  I got an email that they ahve received it and will be assessing the phone and get back to me.  We they got back to me with a quote of $13.00. I was VERY upset.  I called and told them to send me back my phone and the girl then proceded to tell me that the money wea already being processed.  I was furious!!!  I told her that I wanted my phone back and she insisted that was not an option.  She then said that she might be able to up the amount, she did to $27.00. I then told her NO to send back my phone. she said that she couldn't do that, that she will try to get me more money.  After A LOT of bantering back and forth I agreed to $50.00.

I told her that they basically STOLE my phone and held it for ransom.  We will see if I get the $50 in my paypal acct.. If not I will be on the phone AGAIN with them.

DO NOT GO WITH THEM - THEY LIE AN STEAL.
