I'm just wondering something, did you re-pay the original $130.00?

PAY THEM!
You obviously had taken a cash advance. At that time you did so agreeing to certain terms. Chances are that it had come time for them to be paid back via electronic tranfer and they were not able to because of NSF in your account. Every time they attempted to collect on the outstanding loan and it was denied due to NSF a charge would be applied by them and by your bank
I really don't like these cash advance places, as I feel that they take advantage of people and situations. However, you agreed to their terms when you took the cash advance. You really cannot say that something is a rip-off when they are only doing what they have stated that they would do and you agreed to it.
Clearly, your only solution here is to pay them and the bank.
