Complaint Review: Cash-N-Minutes

Im Minster Huddleston and I fill like I'v been totaly ripped off by this company called cash-n-minutes. They should actually change their name to robbed-n-minutes.It all started about a month ago and I noticed A 150 dollars have been depostied into my savings account ,I thought maybe I had miss calculated or miss read my balance or some Great blessing from God .That has sense been turned into a terrible trick by the devil that has me in a tougher financial bind but GOD will provide as he always had.But the thing that really gets me is that I never knew that I have gotten approved by this company because I never signed a contract saying that I have been approved or anything .They said that they were going to sue me for up to 450 percent of a 150 dollar loan that I never remeber appling for other that trying to receive a loan about 2 or 3 months ago and then all of a sudden this just came up from no where 150 dollars deposited into my account and I just found today a e-mail that was sent into my junk e-mail on 5-21-2008. They said that I would be arrested for check fraud and that if I wonted to take it to court that I would have to come to Texas from Tenn and still pay their lawyers fees and court cost. So I agreed to pay them 525 dollars in 2 pay installments because I cant afford to be humillated and take a big risk of loseing my job . Im a Youth Pastor and I coach middle school basketball and football ,Im also a sports trainer and did I mention that I also work for TRW automotives 10yrs. My wife and I have 4 children of our own and 6 God children. We are doing all that we can to make sure that no shame would be brought to our family.God will repay them for everything that they have done wrong and this honest to you and me. I will allow the LORD to fight for me!!!!! No weapon formed against ME shall prosper Inspector WATSON !!!!!! Investicate That!
