I keep telling them my bank account is closed yet they still continue to draw on it; thus making it overdrawn. Why can't they believe the things I tell them and don't be so stupid. Also have a good mind to default on the loans; if they want to take me to court on check fraud, fine; I'll tell the judge they're the ones who wrote the check and not me. CashNet USA, along with all the other pay day loan places, need to go out of business.

If your account is truly "closed" then you, in effect, have no account with that bank. How could CashNet possibly
draw on an account that is closed?
You're 100% correct when you state "CashNet USA, along with all the other pay day loan places, need to go out of
business." But they will remain in business and keep charging usurious interest rates and fees to those, like
you, who haven't mastered money management.
