I requested a pay day loan and received it, but that was not the problem. The problem came when my payment was due and the money was in the bank to cover. I was checking my statement a few days later to make sure payment was received, oh boy the payment was received.

My account was -139.60.

Little did i know when i signed up for the payday loan i signed up fpr a "2 for 1 deal" (as they called it). There was an extra 149.99 withdrawn from my account for usa shopping network. i called and wanted to cancel my membership to them they said they had to still charge me 39.99 for the application.

I made it known that I had no idea there was ever an offer for them, they said ma'am you signed up for us we have all your information, I asked them how do i know you didnt buy my information. They had no response.

Does anyone have any idea how i can get all my money back? I obviously didnt have the money to give them 149.99 because i was getting a payday loan.

Unauthorized Debit to checking account

#6Consumer Suggestion

What this person can do is file an unauthorzied ach debit form at her bank. Stating she did not authorize this company to debit the amount of 149.99 from her checking account. She will get her money back, it takes a bit but very worth it.
I would also suggest that she close out that checking account after she recieves credit to stop them from debiting in the future.

I had major problems with this company myself.

Hope it helps.
