Complaint Review: Cash Rewards

Cash Rewards Inc 'promise' was a lure to list our property for sale with a real estate agent other than the one we usually used at the time... We were told we'd get a percent of the sales price back after 3 years + 90 - 120 days. 120 days have passed we have no money from them. The time frame, terms & hoops that we had to go through were stringent but we did it EXACTLY as we were instructed. We have never received our $2800, they still have the certified copy of my husbands birth certificate (we included a SASE), they do not answer either phone number, emails are bounced back as 'undeliverable', the address for mail on the web site is different than the one on the documents (Ohio), the wbesite has links that simply go to PPC pages (pay per click search engines), the web site is registered to Registrant:

I will now try a letter by snail mail & if there are no results, we will contact attorney generals (or the equivalents ) in AZ, TX & OH. Also we will be contacting Citibank.
