Complaint Review: Cash Transfer Centers

I attempted to obtain their address to make a payment for my loan. Apparently an address does not exist for them that they will release. I was told I had to use a moneygram or Western Union to pay them. This is the information they gave me:

They called me at work, as I have seen they have done to others. I asked them not to contact me at work, and they politely gave me the 800 number and asked me to contact them.

I didn't really have any problem with them except they took the money from my bank account and I didn't recognize the company. My bank looked up the information and provided me with their number.

I don't have a problem paying back the loan, but either they will take my payment, or wait until I have $400 saved to send them. They have also delayed depositing my loan which caused my bank account to go negative, and refused to cover the charges.
