Complaint Review: Cash Transfer Centers

I am writing about this company 'cashtransfercenters.com'
I took out a loan with them and had a hard time paying it back and now they are continuously calling me and saying they want the FULL amount as their company won't accept partial payments. Well, the best I can do is partial right now. I have other bills to pay. I owe $439.00 and can only pay $150.00 by Western union. I want to pay them off along with other loan places I owe, too but don't know what to do.

This place CTC threatened me to go to my employer. I am behind in paying them and will make an attempt but can't afford to pay them over $400. Can they legally garnish my check if I am making an attempt? I'm all stressed over this. All loan places are crooks. I got in too deep. I owe other places too. I'm not sure if I can afford bankruptcy and debt consolidators won't help with loan companies. I need advice.
