Cash2day4u.com Fradulent Ripoff Internet
These people are fradulent. They claim they are based in New York and the call center is in London. When you ask for a phone number in New York, they get defensive. I request a loan of 200.00 for a payback date of 3/31. Later in the day I received money as a gift and no longer needed the loan. The representative told me that I can't repay the loan back until 3/31, and if I do pay it back early I still have to pay the 79 dollar finance charge. I called the FCC and the FTC.

the Federal Trade Commision, Bureau of Comsumer Protection for the companies violation of the Truth in Lending Act (TILA).
You can google search for the FTC web site and there should be a link to file a complaint, or there should be a telephone number listing if you wish to call. Keep in mind, it's a government agency, so don't expect quick results.
Good luck.

They should either email you loan documentation (known as Regulation Z) of email you a link to access the loan documantation online.
If they are not doing either, they are breaking the law and should be reported.

I would just like to comment on the rebuttal that was received from the gentleman that said to "Read the loan documentation". Cash2day4u is an internet payday advance company. You are not provided with any loan documentation as to what you owe when it becomes due and your signature is simply typing in your name. I have posted my own rip-off report in regards to this company because they are impossible to deal with and they are stealing from people.

Perhaps you should read through your loan documents.

First, I am not a fan of payday loans. I have used them in the past, but reluctantly and only when I am absolutely sure that the loan can be paid off the following week.
Second, you should have received a truth in lending document and loan agreement document to sign. All the necessary finance charges and terms are in there. It will also detail what rights you have waived by signing the documents.
Most payday loans have a recind policy (usually within 24 hours) that requires you to first call, then fax in a signed form to recind the loan.
If you have the money on hand, pay it off and get rid of that debt. The sooner the better.
I doubt you will get much results from FCC. The Federal Communications Commision does not usually deal with consumer issues. And since you signed a contract you will probably not get much help from the FTC either.
Good luck.
