When I purchased the bike the salesman sold me on the fact that I could get $2000 back with this cashback program they are working on with this company. He explained it worked by them putting some money in some kind of savings and after a few years the interest accrued would be sent back to me. The catch was I only had a 30 window to claim it. I followed all of their instructions to a "t" and I have not received any response back, not even a letter of refusal. The phone number was disconnected when I called. I can not make any contact the company now.
