Complaint Review: Cashback America/united States Administrative Services Inc

i purchased a motorcycle in 2005 from ace power sports in kenosha wisconsin(mentioning their name cause i think they knew)for $11K thinking i was getting a $3k rebate if i filled out and returned the very confusing rules after 36 months. did so-sent it out august 4th via priortity mail. recieved the package in the mail today.the post man said nobody ever claimed the package even after they tried to attemp to call them twice(they obviously didnt contact them as they dont have a valid number!).

so i googled the name united states administrative services and realized that i too was part of a scam.i called ace powersports and they told me there is nothing they can do because they are under new management and they gave me a number which was the attorney generals office.i filed a complait with the BBB also.i am not lettting this go.i will pursue this until i get my money.this man ronald gooding owes alot of people explanations.not to mention money.

the state of florida filed a civil suit against this company and ronald gooding.something needs to be done.this was very misleading and false advertisement and i believe that ace power sports knew all along what was going on because they themselves would of did anything to sell me that bike.
