Complaint Review: CashCall

I too have had problems with Cash Call. You never speak with the same person or even work with the same person. You explain your situation to them, they say they record it, add it to your file and they never do; they harrass you even after you have made arrangements to pay them. I beleive that they prey on those with bad credit so they can get more money. I hate calling them and they call you every hour on the hour. I agree with those who have problems with cash call and want out, unfortunately I don' think there is a way. However it sounds to me that people like Theresa and Brendon has never really seen hard times. You sound as if you work for them, where is the compassion for others. I don't mean just those times when you get behind but when your spouse has to leave a job due to health and searches for months to find a less stressful job, tries to truck drive, doesn't work and you are left with two children trying to pay everything necessary, no frills, only to have your spouse come home return to an old job that pays half, this is a spouse that has always had two or more jobs at one time. There are real people with real life changing situations who need money with no so good credit, doesn't mean we are bad people, we just need help from people who care and not prey on us.
