Complaint Review: CASHCALL

I have been trying to pay extra on top of my payments to pay the balance off faster, but they keep coming up with extra fees so the excess won't go to the principal, then I spoke to a man on October 24, 2007, and told him I would have to mail him a check, and it would be received before the end of the month because I didn't have the money for them to debit it out at this time.
They debited my payment out of my bank account on October 26, 2007 causing a check I wrote to be returned, and causing me bank fees.
This place looks for anything they can to keep the principal to be paid off.
I need someone's help to get out of this loan. I am a single Mom and can't afford to be throwing my money away. Please help someone!!!
