Complaint Review: CashCard.com

CashCard.com Offered $410.00 for a $500.00 Bloomingdales card. Said they would mail check within 1-2 days. Two weeks later, nothing. Run-around every time I email or call. Brick New Jersey

Offered $410 for a $500 Bloomingdales card.  Said they would put check in the mail 1-2 days after they received the card.  Two weeks later still getting the run-around and put on hold every time I call or email.

The card has to get to them and then they have to process it (open the mail) and adjust your account. Then they take up to two days to put the check in the mail. So add up all that time and it can take over two weeks. 5 business days to get to them, plus 2 for processing, plus 5 for the check to get to you. That's 12 business days right there. I would give it another week before I would start to worry.
