Search out offers on Internet after sprint offered $100 trade in cash, thought I could do better. Found these people online. The phone was in outstanding condition, filled out the online forms and was offered $217. I am sure there were some disclosures but I also knew I didn't have to accept the offer so I sent it in. Would have been better selling it on eBay and taking a chance on getting stiffed there (which I never have). Iphone 5 valued at $217, sent in and offer is $34. I emailed back and was told to contact customer service to make me "happy". Called and waited 15 minutes on hold and then when they answered they had to connect me to a purchasing agent. Held again for 10 minutes and then it just disconnected. Frustrated, I just want the phone back but now I took the $34 because I am fed up fighting. I am hopeful that some new program searches they folks out and does a story to stop this. Don't use this place.
