Complaint Review: Cashforapples

I will hold this grudge for life. My iphone worked perfectly fine. I had purchased it for $400 and used it merely for 2 months. Cash for apples.com quoted $200 for that and what did they send me? A check for $10. Is it annoying, or what!? No way man! Were they kidding me? I contacted the customer care and waited for 28 minutes of hold to hear a pretty lame excuse.

Then, I was transferred to various other departments. Each time, I got a different excuse, but no solution or help of any sort.
