Complaint Review: cashforipads

I can't believe cashforipads is still around. I sent them two old, but perfectly fine, laptops for the combined quoted price of $250.cashforipads seemed genuine enough as they sent me a box to ship them in. A whole month later I receive a check, with no communication beforehand, for a grand total of $125. How is this legit? I called the customer care number; they put me on hold for 45 minutes due to "high call volumes." I called them again, everyday, for all of the next week.No response. I have already sent over 10 emails in order to get in contact with them, but received the exact same response asking to call the customer care number.

When I attempted to tell them that nobody answers that number, they send me another email with the same response as before! I don't know what to do. . I'm very upset with these people.
