Complaint Review: cashforipads

cashforipads, cashforiphones, cash for laptops.com websites are a trap. You send them your phone, they receive it, and never let you get your hands on your own phone. Yes, I know that I shouldn’t want it back if my main intention was to sell it, but when they pay you 35% of its actual worth, you would definitely want your phone back. They don't return emails, and it takes a really long time to get to them.

I waited for more than 30 minutes on hold (thrice!), just to get a lame reply from their customer helpline. Just spend some minutes looking on the websites and you won't believe how these websites can do big business...
