I would never like to deal with Cashforipads site ever! Two weeks ago, I sent in my old Sony laptop to Cashforipads.  They gave me an initial quote of $220 and I knew there's a possibility that I wouldn't get that amount. It would be ok if the difference would be $20-30. But boy, when I received an email, they said they would only pay $120 for it. That was awful. I tried to contact them on the phone and through Twitter and Facebook.

I waited to get hold of their customer support for 45 minutes. I asked them to return my laptop and I am still waiting for a follow up! Their customer service is very slow and bad.
