 This company will give you a quote on line and will not even come close to honoring that quote one they get your device.

I sent in three phones which was quoted to be worth $575.00, the phones were mailed the next day after I downloaded my shipping label, after more than a week I had not heard nothing so i called, they told be it would be another week before they got it to the warehouse and had them evaluated.  Now because it took so long for the phones to get evaluated I was no longer eligebile for the the extras for quick ship they promised even though I shipped the next day.

Once they evaluated the phones they gave me a quote of only $325.00 for three phones( which is what they are quoting for 1 of the phones I sent in).   They have a long list of marks and scratched listed that lower the value of the phones which I know are not true but can not challenge because I do not have the phones and they will not provide proof of.

I have used other sites before and never had someone cut the price in half, if the phones did have a few marks that does not

give reason to cut the price that much.  When I was complaining to customer service about it, the rep started talking to her manager about my complaint with out putting me on hold, I heard the manage say" hang up on them" and then the phone went dead.  Goes to show how honest they are.
