Complaint Review: cashforiphones

I sent my brand new, never used not even one time, iphone 6 plus 16 gb to them after receiving a quote of $512. They seriously sent me an offer of $39. I'm not even joking. I called the next morning to decline the offer. I was transferred to the 'purchasing department' where you are automatically disconnected after 10 minutes. I called 16 times before someone answered in the 'purchasing dept'. I was told that payment was already sent, there was nothing they could do. I remained as calm as possible and reminded this b***h that I had 3 days to decline the offer, it had been only 1 day,  and I was indeed declining their offer. She then offered me $60 which I also rejected. She then agreed to return the phone, after several minutes of bickering. This could take several weeks, but I won't stop until I get my phone returned. Trust me. I live for situations like this.
